Rob Moffat saw his Scotland A side begin with Churchill Cup victory
Steve Jones grabbed a hat-trick as Scotland A opened their Barclays Churchill Cup campaign with victory over Canada in Ottawa.

The Canadians provided a stiff test in the opening half at Twin Elm Rugby Park - but Rob Moffat's team came through as their hosts tired after the break.

Calum MacRae put the seal on victory with a fourth Scottish try in the final minute of normal time.

Scotland play Argentina Pumas in their next round robin game on Wednesday.
