Gloucester's Lamb continued his fine tournament in Chicago
England Saxons produced an impressive second half display to beat Scotland A 36-19 in the Churchill Cup final.
Matt Banahan, Nick Abendanon, Jordan Crane and Ugo Monye all scored tries while fly-half Ryan Lamb kicked four penalties and two conversions.
Scotland's Gordon Ross scored 14 points while Colin Gregor went over for a try.
The score changed hands early on but England led 16-9 at the break and although Scotland levelled at 19-19 the Saxons upped the pace to seal victory.
A Ross drop-goal gave Scotland an early lead but after the sides swapped penalties, another one from Lamb and the first try of the game from Banahan put England in front.
Although the Saxons were ahead at the interval, Gregor touched down for the Scots four minutes into the second half and Ross's conversion brought the sides level again.
One more penalty apiece took the score to 19-19 but Abendanon, Crane and Monye scored for the Saxons in the final 23 minutes to claim the trophy.
