JACKSON HOPES TO BE A FIRHILL THRILLER
With Calum Forrester declaring his appetite last week for first team action following the step-up to full-time professional rugby, another of the Warriors' young Scottish recruits, stand-off Ruaridh Jackson, has spoken out about his hunger to play in front of the Glasgow fans.
The 20-year-old Aberdonian told glasgowwarriors.org: "I've got a huge challenge in front of me because the man I've got to catch is Dan Parks.
"It's a fantastic opportunity for me to improve alongside someone like Parksy, he's a great guy and a great player."
As they say up Maryhill way
"There's a well-known Glasgow football team:
They don't play in blue; they don't play in green."
