The Warriors will be in action in the touch tournament
The Glasgow Warriors� Fun Day and Touch Tournament is bigger than ever this year and takes place on Sunday (27 July from 12 noon until 5pm) with a host of entertainment and activities for the whole family.
This year�s event, in association with Xscape Braehead, will see 20 teams from Glasgow and the west of Scotland compete in the Touch Tournament; however, there is still plenty to do if you�re not taking part in the rugby.

Taking place at the Warriors� training base at Whitecraigs Rugby Club in Newton Mearns, you can come and test your skills at the Warriors� Skill Zone with community coaches and some of the Glasgow squad.

Also, you can take home a unique souvenir as the Warriors will be giving you the chance to have a Polaroid photo taken free of charge alongside one of the club�s Scotland stars and one of the oldest trophies in world sport, the Calcutta Cup, which Scotland lifted during the 2008 RBS 6 Nations Championship.

The Glasgow Science Centre is also getting in on the action with a Juggling Workshop Science Circus where you can try your hand at juggling and plate spinning!

The Glasgow Warriors Supporters� Club will also be there offering face painting all day and the chance to buy merchandise and sign up as a member. The Supporters� Club will also be hosting the autograph hunt starting at 12:30pm.

Shake your pompoms with the Warriors cheerleaders, The Rockettes, at their cheerleading workshop for all aspiring cheerleaders young and old between 1pm and 3pm.

In addition to all the fun activities, there are refreshments available at the BBQ and ice-cream van as well as a bar complete with Corona girls. Greaves Sports will also be on site with official Warriors merchandise for sale.

There will also be a raffle, in aid of the Yorkhill Children�s Foundation, with fantastic prizes including match day hospitality, match tickets, a signed Scotland shirt, vouchers for sessions at the Sno!Zone and Kevin Keegan�s Soccer Circus at XScape Braehead.

Finally, those who have enjoyed meeting the players and having fun throughout the day can purchase season tickets (priced �150 for adults, �80 for concessions and only �30 for U18s) at the club�s moblie ticket desk.
