I would like to inform all; Hawks Fitness is back up and running. It will be a different format this season; Hawks fitness is open to all players.
To fit in with the current pre-season cardio nights I will be available to see any player by appointment, on Tuesdays and Thursday nights from 6pm and every half hour after

To give you an idea on what I can give you:
Make up a basic program for general strength or a specific program for Injury prevention, or simply teach a new lift or analyze your current form. Everything depends on what you as a player requires.
