BOROUGHMUIR bounced back from last week's loss to Currie with a thumping win over struggling Glasgow Hawks at Meggetland yesterday.
The visitors scored with their first attack, stand-off Mike Rainey converting a penalty in the fourth minute, but the home side took a 21-3 lead into the break thanks to converted tries from stand-off Greg Cottrell and wingers Ed Mills and Tom Bury.
Prop Freddie Lait's try in the 45th minute secured the bonus point for the champions and further tries came from centre Malcolm Clapperton (2), Bury, Fergus Pringle, Angus Martyn (2) and Apenai Kororrua.
