Uncapped Warriors Max Evans, Mark McMillan, Moray Low and Dan Turner have all been named in Frank Hadden’s squad of 50 who will begin Scotland’s preparations for the busy autumn programme with a training session at Murrayfield next Monday.

The uncapped quartet will be joined by ten other Glasgow team-mates - Thom Evans, Andrew Henderson, Graeme Morrison, Dan Parks, John Barclay, Johnnie Beattie, Kelly Brown, Dougie Hall, Alastair Kellock and Fergus Thomson.

As part of the group of uncapped players, centre Max Evans was part of the national squad’s summer tour to Argentina (though had no game time) and prop Moray Low missed out on that tour through injury whilst scrum-half Mark McMillan and lock Dan Turner were part of the Scotland A squad that reached the final of the Barclays Churchill Cup in North America.
