Welcome to all Hawks Junior Rugby players and supporters at today’s game against Melrose. Hopefully we can follow up our previous week’s win with a victory today. Please make as much noise as you can and get behind the players. They do appreciate all of your support and they will be around at the end of the game to sign autographs and chat to you.

The mascot for today’s game is Alistair Fry from Glasgow Accies Primary 5 mini team.

The Under 15s are at home tomorrow in a crucial league game against Dumfries. Kick-off is at 2:00 pm, so please come down and support the boys.

Our Development XV has played two games to date, one against Christ’s College School from Canterbury in New Zealand, the other the Scottish Exiles under 20s. The game last Sunday against the Exiles was a very tough test for our boys as most of the Exiles team comprised players playing for Guinness Premiership Academy sides.

The Development XV team has a number of fixtures planned for the rest of the season including games against Constanta from Romania, Edinburgh Accies, Stirling County and Viadana from Italy.
