No mutiny in Warriors ranks

Thom Evans has slammed rumours of unrest in the Glasgow Warriors dressing room.
After a shaky start to the new season rumours of a revolt in the Glasgow dressing room appeared in the press last week.

However, Thom says the team are fully behind coach Sean Lineen and are determind to get the season back on track.

"I don't know where on earth these rumours came from," Thom told The Glaswegian.

"But I can tell you that they are without foundation and that everyone from top to bottom is pulling together in the same direction.

"Put it this way. Did our display against Toulouse look like a team which was split and not working as one?

"We all have the greatest of respect for Sean Lineen and he is a great tactician to work under and I can't understand how all this has come about.

"Sean is second to none in his preparation for games and losses such as the ones in Newport and Connacht recently were down to us not executing his plan properly."
