Welcome to all Glasgow Hawks Junior Rugby players and supporters at tonight’s game against West of Scotland. Please make as much noise as you can and get behind the players. They do appreciate all of your support and they will be around at the end of the game to sign autographs and chat to you.

Last Sunday the Hawks Under 15’s continued their very impressive start to the season with a 10 – 7 victory over West of Scotland thus maintaining their 100% record this season. The under 14’s continue to improve and narrowly lost 12 – 10 against Dalziel while the under 13s maintained their 100 % record with a 33 – 0 win over Dalziel.

On Sunday the Under 15s are away to Whitecraigs in a league match, kick off is 2:00 PM. The under 13s and 14s are both away to Bouroughmuir in what should be a tough friendly match, kick off is 12:00 PM.

Tomorrow Kelvinside Academy are away to St. Aloysius College, The Glasgow Academy are away to Queen Victoria School and The High School of Glasgow are at home to Hutchesons’ Grammar School.

The Development XV team has a number of fixtures planned for the rest of the season including games against Constanta from Romania in February, Edinburgh Accies at Old Anniesland on Friday 13th of February at 7:30 PM, Royal Navy on Wednesday 18th February, also at 7:30 PM and Viadana from Italy in April.

Tonight’s player profile is full back Craig Gossman. Craig has come up through the ranks at Old Anniesland, playing mini rugby for GHK, midi ruby for Glasgow Hawks and last season played for GHK 1st XV.
