Another intriguing tie sees reigning Scottish Hydro Electric Shield holders, Garnock, at home to Edinburgh Accies.
The draws for Round 3 of the knockout competition (which remains regionalised) and Round 4 (where Premiership teams join the fray and it takes on a national hue) were made at Murrayfield today, Scottish Rugby going down that route to assist clubs with their planning over the Christmas and New Year holiday period.
