The rugby social event of the year The Glasgow Hawks Dinner Dance will be held on SATURDAY, MAY 16th once again at the Hilton Grosvenor Hotel (corner Byres Road and Great Western Road). All associated with Hawks and our two founder clubs, GHK and Glasgow Accies, are invited - players (past and present), coaching staff (past and present), physios (past and present), supporters, sponsors, the junior sections, wives and girlfriends, parents - everybody!!!


Once again the highlight of the evening will be the annual awards ceremony. Awards are for Glasgow Hawks RFC:
Young Player of the Year
Club Member of the Year
Most Improved Player of the Year
Team of the year

Players' Player of the Year, for The Craig Hodgkinson Memorial Cup
Raffle prizes including weekend stay for two in Paris, Barcelona and many, many more!

Dress code for the evening is Black Tie and ticket prices are £40.00 each (£30.00 for students). Tables sizes 10-12.


The programme for the night is as follows:

6:30 – 7:00 PM – Arrival & champagne reception
7:30 PM – Heads & Tails bingo
8:00 PM – Four course dinner with wine

9:30 PM – Raffle (£10.00 entry)

10:00 PM – Player of the Year awards

10:30 PM – Scottish country dancing (KILTER) and disco tunes

1:00 PM – Carriages

Finally, after a transitional season for Hawks, I would encourage everyone to make the effort to come along and support the club and have a few drinks and a dance with friends as it is sure to be another great night.
