It is with great sadness I have to report that after a long and courageous fight David Williams has lost his battle against cancer
He passed away last night in a clinic near Munich where he was receiving treatment
Taff was a long standing supporter of all things rugby at Anniesland having given service to Glasgow H.S.F.P,GHK and latterly with Hawks where he was a director and team manager for many years
Our thoughts at this sad time are with Phyllis,Sally and Keith and the other members of the family
A fuller appreciation will appear later
