Day 5
The morning started with the toughest rugby session yet that involved full on contact. The afternoon had the boys working out in the gym to improve their strength and after dinner they had free time to themself.

Day6
The rain is pouring here today so rugby has been cancelled today. The older group are doing a gym session so the younger group are heading into town.
This afternoon the boys have time off to do what they want and tomorrow is arest day for everyone. We would like to wish Cammy and the squad all the
best for the Melrose 7s today.
