HAWKS 28 JEDFOREST 7

Glasgow Hawks continued in the second round where they left off in the first with Sean Murray putting them into an early lead. Peter Hericevich kicked the conversion.

Hawks were made to wait before extending their lead. Jed-Forest held a lot of the possession, but couldn’t make it count. Gavin Strang created the space to score and Hericevich converted again.

Jed responded through Garry Elder and Chris Laidlaw converted.

Heriot’s hit back when Murray darted down the left hand side line before running in behind the posts and Rob Hair scored from close range. Hericevich added the extra points from his boot.
