Just some information before I head of to Japan for the Under 20's World Cup

Derrick Spiers is running strength conditioning sessions at New
Anniesland on Wednesday & Friday evenings, get yourself along to these
sessions if your not already going, if you can't make it along then call
Derrick (07725 168 413) and he will assist you with a suitable programme.

From next Tuesday 2nd June, Jamie/Mike will be doing rugby sessions
probably at Victoria Park, some skills work along with some fun stuff as
well, contact Jamie (07854 853 652) for more detail.

There will be a players meeting on Tuesday 23rd June at Old Anniesland,
6.30pm, to give everyone a heads up on what is happening next season.

Training officially will start on Thursday 9th July and will be every
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday with preseason games scheduled for Friday 7th
August, Saturday 15th August & Saturday 22nd August with the offical
start of the season being Saturday 29th August.
