PJ TRAVELS IN GOOD COMPANY

Andy Titterrell is relishing the chance of a Twickenham return this Saturday against his former club Sale Sharks in the Middlesex 7s (kick off 10.00am).

Capped four times by England, including the 39-7 win against Italy in the 2005 RBS 6 Nations, Titterrell will return to The Home of England Rugby as part of the invitational Help for Heroes squad coached by England Sevens' Ben Ryan.

The 2005 British and Irish Lion will feature alongside England Sevens internationals, Uche Oduoza (Unattached), Greg Barden (Royal Navy) and Simon Hunt (Birmingham and Solihull).

Said Titterrell, "This is a fantastic opportunity for me to return to Twickenham and represent Help for Heroes, it's a great cause and one I'm proud to be involved with.

"Ben Ryan has had a very successful season with England Sevens so I'm really looking forward to working with him and learning from the master!

"I wasn't lucky enough to play sevens for England but I love the form of the game and my first taste of it was playing in the Middlesex 7s for Sale alongside Mark Cueto when I was 19.

"We play Sale in our first match on Saturday so I will be playing against my former team mates which I'm really looking forward to."

Ryan's squad, in aid of the charity which supports the care and rehab for injured British service personnel serving in Iraq and Afghanistan also features, Scots Rory Hutton (Heriot's) and Peter Jericevich (Glasgow Hawks) and Welsh Rugby World Cup Sevens winner Tal Selley (Birmingham and Solihull).

The Help for Heroes, British Army, Kukri White Hart Marauders and ULR Samurai 7s form the four invitational sides which will compete against the 12 Guinness Premiership squads showcasing their new signings in preparation for a competitive 2009/10 season.
