The Glasgow Hawks community programme is now back in full swing after the school October holidays
Our timetable for Monday 26^th October – Sunday 1^st November.
Monday 26^th – In the morning I will be coaching at Knightswood Secondary School, I will also be coaching there in the afternoon, this will be followed by a session at Kelvinside Academy.
Tuesday 27^th – In the morning I will be coaching at Knightswood Secondary School, then it will be onto the Glasgow Hawks management meeting at Old Anniesland. In the afternoon I will be coaching St Thomas Aquinas after school rugby club. In the evening there is a meeting of the Glasgow Hawks midi rugby committee so I will be attending that.
Wednesday 28^th – In the morning I will be working with the sports leaders at Knightswood Secondary, we are starting a programme to put them through their paces to become a qualified coach. In the afternoon I will be out coaching at The High School of Glasgow and in the evening I will be attending the How to Coach Young Children in Sport workshop run by Sports coach UK at Old Anniesland.
Thursday 29^th – Most of my day will be spent at Knightswood Secondary, I have 4 rugby lessons so will be at the school all day.
Saturday 31^st – In the morning I will be watching The High School of Glasgow v Kelvinside Academy match with a view to look at potential players for the up and coming Hawks Development matches.
Sunday 1^st – In the morning 4 of the Hawks 1^st team squad will be helping coach at Glasgow Accies mini rugby and in the afternoon I will be attending the Scotland rugby league match at Old Anniesland.
