Evans scored Glasgow's first try against Gloucester at Firhill

Glasgow resurrected their Heineken Cup qualification hopes in Pool Two with a well-deserved win over Gloucester.
Tries from Max Evans and Bernardo Stortoni, ably assisted by the boot of Dan Parks, made sure Warriors were 27-11 ahead by half-time.
Charlie Sharples had pounced on a Parks error to score the first try of the game, Nicky Robinson adding the visitors' other points with his boot.
Parks scored two more penalties despite second-half pressure by Gloucester.
It ensured Glasgow's first win after losing their two opening Heineken Cup group games, a result welcomed by most in what was one of the biggest rugby crowds to grace Firhill Stadium.

A fiery opening shook Bryan Redpath's visitors and Parks slotted two penalties in the opening five minutes for the Magners League leaders.
The Glasgow fly-half then went from hero to villain as a skewed kick gave Gloucester their only field position of the opening 10 minutes and Robinson opened the scoring for the visitors with a simple penalty.
Glasgow kept the game deep in the opposition half for Parks to land penalty number three, but Robinson reduced the margin two minutes later with his second penalty.
Parks replied again before another misplaced kick allowed Gloucester to attack and set up Sharples for the first try of the game.
But it still needed a superb jinking run by the Englishman to reduce the deficit to a point, with Robinson failing with the conversion attempt.
That score came against the run of play and, when Gloucester captain Peter Buxton was sin-binned for what looked like an innocuous offence, the momentum was handed back to the Warriors.
Parks confirmed the dominance of the Glasgow forwards three minutes later with his fifth penalty and, eight minutes from half-time, a sparkling crossfield move led to Evans crossing for a home try.
The break did not come quickly enough for a beleaguered Gloucester, who conceded try number two when Parks' long pass found full-back Stortoni to romp in for the score.
Parks' conversion took the Scotland fly-half's first-half tally to 17 points and he made it 20 just three minutes into the second half with another penalty.
It was only when Glasgow lock Dan Turner was sin-binned that Gloucester were able to put on some pressure.
Gloucester tried to hit back, but the home side soaked up all the pressure, with flanker Buxton and lock Dave Attwood driven back by a ferocious Glasgow defence.
Kelly Brown and Richie Vernon led a couple of breakouts, but Glasgow were pinned inside their own half, although they were content to keep Gloucester well away from the danger zone.
With 10 minutes left, Glasgow again started to put pace on the ball as Gloucester ran out of steam and ideas and Parks banged over his seventh penalty as Warriors leapfrogged their opponents in the table.
Glasgow Warriors coach Sean Lineen:
"It's absolutely fantastic the way we have been gelling in the last couple of weeks.
"I'm just so happy with the front five. They worked so darned hard and Kelly Brown must have been close to man of the match.
"These guys are still young, but the belief is coming.
"Next week is massive down there as they will be hurting. We'll go down there in front of a huge crowd and they will be desperate and we'll need to keep our discipline and play well."
Gloucester coach Bryan Redpath:
"I thought we were passive in defence and our discipline was poor and I thought we looked cumbersome in some aspects.
"I don't know why, because it was the best we have trained in eight weeks.
"I think Glasgow are playing well this year and deserved their victory. We were well and truly beaten by a team that did the basics better than us.
"But our players will get stick back at Kingsholm and now it's difficult to see any further than the next game in the Heineken Cup."
