Good afternoon gentlemen,
The March meeting of GROGS, the second last for the year, will take place on Wednesday 10th March at Braidholm at 12 noon for 12-30pm. The speaker will be the Rev. John Weir Cook formerly of Greenock Wanderers and Glasgow High School. John is a well known after dinner speaker and I am sure that we shall be well entertained. Gordon Wilson will be in the chair for this meeting.
At this meeting we will be awarding our charity donations for the year. ian McLaughlin will be accepting our cheque for IRB Kit Aid, Bill McMurtrie will be accepting a cheque on behalf of the SRU Centenary Fund for injured players and we will also make a presentation to a young local players player who has sustained a serious injury.
Please let me know as soon as possible if you intend to be present. As you know that in recent months our numbers have grown but we are still pleased to welcome guests and new members.
