Oban Lorne are holding their 36th annual 7's competition at Glencruitten, Oban on Saturday  08 May from 12 noon. We expect to have the  16 men's teams and 2 women's teams listed below competing.Whilst the competition is always intense their is also a large fun element as all good 7's events should have. There are trophies for the overall winners, Plate, Bottle and Ladies sections.
There will be a Bar and BBQ offering refreshments throughout the day.
There will be a bucking bronco and other games on site.
All teams receive a welcome pack on registration.
The following teams have confirmed so far:
Oban Lorne A, Oban Lorne B, Oban Lorne Ladies A & B, Oban Lorne Exiles, Oban Lorne U-19's, Cartha QP, Edinburgh Accies, Irvine, Uddingston, Aberdeen Exiles, Lochaber, Jordanhill Phoenix , Glasgow Accies, Strathclyde Tech Tigers, Cambuslang, GHK and Helensburgh.
Local Argyll sides Mull and Mid Argyll TBC.
We also need some more  women's teams to enter and give Oban Lorne Ladies some competition please!
The Oban Lorne 7's team shirts will be sponsored by local Restaurant Cuan Mor , Oban Lorne U-19's will be sponsored by Jackson's Master Butchers and Oban Exiles will be sponsored by David Sturrock Yachting.
Trophy and medal presentation will be by Scotland's IRB Representative Bill Nolan.
