Former Hawks fitness coach Tom Lucas is now helping Terry Butcher at Motherwell as they prepare to face Rangers in the CIS Cup Final

Todays Herald reports;

With the help of Tom Lucas, our sports psychologist, the players were told to picture the scene and familiarise themselves with their surroundings. They picked their seats in the dressing room, had a look at the pitch and the sheer size of the stadium and looked at the red steps up which they will climb whether winners or losers.
The fact that they will have a medal recognising their efforts at the end is a lovely thought. Returning to Fir Park with a winner's medal and the CIS Insurance Cup, however, would be even lovelier.
