The event takes place at Bath's Recreation Ground, with the Falcons hoping to build on their victory in the Leicester leg of the inaugural tournament just under a fortnight ago.
The format for the finals sees the six qualifiers split into two groups of three, with the two group winners going through to contest the final.
On the opposite side of the draw from Newcastle are the other two qualifying tournament winners, Saracens and Northampton, who are joined by Sale Sharks in their group.
The Premiership Rugby 7s Series has already captured the imagination of rugby supporters across the country, with over 18,500 people attending the first three events.
Tickets for the Finals are still available through ticketmaster (here) or through www.bathrugby.com and the Bath Rugby ticket office -0844 448 1865.
Bath Rugby only has limited seating available for this event, so be quick to purchase your tickets - with prices at just £10 for adults and £5 for children, tickets are sure to disappear very quickly.
For those unable to make the trip, the entire night's rugby will be shown live on the big screen at The Hiding Place public bar, situated on the first floor of the East Stand at the Falcons' Kingston Park stadium.
