Andrew joined the Falcons in the summer of 2010, initially on a six-month deal to cover the hip injury to Tane Tu'ipulotu.

The vastly experienced midfield man has over 50 caps for Scotland, adding a superb offloading streak to the Newcastle back line.

Initially a big hit with Glasgow, Henderson made over 80 Celtic League appearances and 40 European outings with the Scottish side before spending the 2009-10 campaign with French club Montauban.
