Accies update from Ally G

Good afternoon all,
With the return of several players, Accies have been able to boost their playing strength for the game against Waysiders/Drumpellier at New Anniesland on Saturday. Kick off 3-00pm
Jamie Doig has returned from honeymoon and comes into the centre to replace Stewart Smith who has a hand injury. In the forwards David Calder replaces Matt Franklin at tight head and Fabi Marchetti returns from exams to take the place as the front row replacement. After a year away from Glasgow John Dillon will play blindside and Andy Jackson is back after injury to return to the openside after missing the game at Berwick last week. Matt Smith formerly Hawks, Watsonians and Scottish Schools internationalist is also a returnee and will be the second forward replacement. Jamie Robertson is an absentee due to medical duties.
Supporters are encouraged to come out early as a light lunch is available in the Clubhouse from 1-00pm.

The Annual Sponsors Lunch will take place on Saturday 23rd October the day we play Kilmarnock. The guest speaker is ex. Scotland and Lions Captain Finlay Calder. Sponsors have been notified of the event and anyone else wishing to attend should contact me by email. The cost is £20 per person (includes cost of admission to game). Ladies will be more than welcome. The timing is 12-30 for 1-00pm
