Glasgow Hawks 57-5  Edinburgh Accies

Incredible how touchline emotions change thru' 80 mins! First 33mins watching chances being scorned and EdinAccies giving us a hard time in scrum and severely testing defence.
We were scrambling about plugging holes and not getting any phases together. EA scored lineout drive try in 18mins. Paddy Boyer consistently putting them under pressure eventually worked as he scored in corner. Straight from k-o Harky made initial breenge , great offloads by Johnny  P and Rob Niven gave Jonno Wright scoring pass.  12-5 H-T.
Refocus at h-t  gave immmediate reward. JohnnyP break down middle, ball to Sean Murray- job done from 60 metres. Robbie McGregor 2nd conv made it 19-5.  Defence tightened right up, no space for EA. Forwards now getting running lines right , getting in behind first line of D, helped set up the carnage that ensued in last 25mins.
Break by Jonno W , great offload to Mark Taylor at pace, defence no chance. Robbie conv 26-5. Purple patch? 5 tries in last 12mins.  All created in our half and finished with great support work , offload skills and pace!! Sean Murray got next 2, convs  by Mike Martin.  2 hat -tricks in a row- needs to believe he's going to score these and come prepared- pay for your own jugs!! Jonno Wright made it 45-5 with 2mins left, another Robbie McG conv.  Johnny Potter got deserved score after terrorising EA defence all game and  coup de grace was Mark Taylor finishing another well worked team try . Final whistle 57-5. Incredible after first half hour! Great entertainment.
