Good afternoon gentlemen,
The October meeting of GROGS will be held at Braidholm on Wednesday 13th October at 12 noon for
12-30pm. The speaker by popular request will be Peter Wright formerly of Scotland and the British & Irish Lions and now Director of Rugby at Glasgow Hawks. Very few speakers have been invited to speak at the GROGS twice but Peter was so entertaining last time that he must have stories that are untold to date.
The season got off to an excellent start with 89 attending the meeting in September, a new record for a September meeting.
There is sure to be a large turn out to hear Peter and it would help with the arrangements if you would let me know soon if you plan to be there, Guest and new members will still be welcome.
I look forward to hearing from you and meeting you again on 13th October.
