Good evening all,
Accies line up for the game at New Anniesland on Saturday against Alan Glen's is along more familiar lines as nearly all the players missing last Saturday for the Highland game have returned. The wedding season must be over as for the first time in five weeks nobody is attending a wedding. The back division looks line the one that finished last season with the exception of Ross Chassels instead of Brad Bell at fullback and Steven O'Donnell replacing Richard McKnight. The tried and trusted centre pairing of Stewart Smith and Jamie Doig are back together and the versatile Dougie Horner is on the bench as back up.
In the forward Jamie Robertson and Adam Taylor are able to play together for the first time as Jamie is free from medical duties. Vice captain Andy Jackson is restored to full fitness and returns to fill the berth as openside flanker. This probably as good a side as Accies can field so there is no room for excuses.
With the weather set fair for the weekend we can hope for a fast and open game. The kick off is at 3pm.
As usual a light lunch will be available before kick off.
