SHADE CALLED UP BY FRANK

Former Hawks coach Shade Munro will assist Frank Hadden during the Autumn Tets
Glasgow Warriors' assistant coaches, Sean Lineen and Shade Munro will assist Scotland head coach Frank Hadden during the forthcoming Autumn Tests.
They are joined by Border Reivers' assistant coaches, Alan Tait and George Graham.

"Between them they have won 88 caps for Scotland but it is the knowledge they bring from coaching our professional players on a daily basis that will prove such an asset," Hadden said.

"Let there be no confusion, the way forward for Scottish Rugby is for the three professional teams to be the vehicle for driving professional rugby in this country.

"The involvement of the pro-team assistant coaches reinforces the unity we're all striving for and I believe the cross fertilisation of ideas will be an essential ingredient to achieve the success we all want for the national team.

"I would also like to thank Steve and Hugh for their support. Their contribution in selection was absolutely invaluable and I look forward to working with them all in the time ahead."

Glasgow head coach Hugh Campbell said: "I think it's great to see that Shade and Sean are involved with the national team coaching set-up. It's a reflection of the good work they've been doing with the Warriors squad here in Glasgow and it's really good to see the pro-teams pulling together for the national game."
