Aberdeenshire's quest for an away win continues tomorrow in Glasgow, where the Woodside team has a tricky test against one of the National League Division 2 promotion hopefuls.

Shire director of rugby Colin Bell believes his side can take encouragement from other north sides’ results against Glasgow Accies.

He said: “Glasgow Accies will be a tough one, but we're quite capable of creating a shock.

“They are beatable, as our northern friends in Caithness and Highland have proved, although their games were at home.

“It's been a steep learning curve, but we'll get there. The important thing is to stay positive.”

Flanker Craig Livingston misses out, but Shire are boosted by the return of number eight Kris Gilmartin, who makes a welcome return to the back row.
