Good morning gentlemen
Another good attendance at the GROGS last Wednesday when 85 members attended. This was marginally down on October but I knew of a number of you who were away on holiday.
The December meeting is pretty certain to be a full house and that is why I am writing to you early so that we can anticipate the likely numbers.
The meeting takes place on Wednesday 8th December at 12 noon for 12-30 at Braidholm. Our own committee member Stuart Wallace is the speaker and Roy Dingwall is in the chair (anything can happen).
As announced there will be a one off charge of £20 that includes the meal, contribution to the main raffle, contribution to the staff fund and there will be plenty of wine available at no cost. A real bargain if I ever saw one.
You are also asked to bring a gift for the raffle or some miniatures for distribution if you have any spare. Hopefully we will have enough for everyone.
Please let me know your intentions fairly soon.
