It is anticipated that the next GROGS meeting will have a very large turnout that may cause some congestion problems. Please note the following arrangements:
1.    Pre lunch the bar on the right hand side at the top of the stairs will be open for the purchase of drinks. The bar in the dining room will be closed until just before lunch is served.
2. If you want to reserve a place for you and your friends make out name cards and place them at the table. You will only be able to do this from 12 noon as the room will be in use for setting up and we want to give the staff some space. Hopefully you will find a seat where you want it.
3. Please remember we still need some raffle prizes
It promises to be an enjoyable afternoon.
