Glasgow Warriors say that every effort is being made to ensure Friday night’s Heineken Cup round 3 match with Toulouse goes ahead at Firhill as scheduled (10 December, ko 8.00pm).
The Firhill pitch remains in good condition, despite the extreme weather, and this is testament to the hard work of the ground staff and the effect of the under soil heating system.

However, the surrounding roads and walkways remain a concern at this stage. Supporter safety is of the utmost importance, so Glasgow Warriors are currently urging fans to prepare appropriately for their journey to the game to ensure they arrive early and avoid delays.

At this stage Glasgow Warriors are hopeful that the match will go ahead.
