In spite of the freezing weather conditions in Glasgow over the last few days, the Firhill pitch and stadium facilities continue to be in good condition ahead of tomorrow’s Greaves Sports 1872 Cup match against Edinburgh (Monday 27 December, kick-off 5.35pm).

Partick Thistle have a Scottish Football League Division 1 match against Raith Rovers this afternoon (Sunday) and have reported to Glasgow Warriors that their match is to go ahead as planned.

Glasgow Warriors, Magners League organisers Celtic Rugby and tomorrow’s match referee will conduct a pitch and venue inspection on Monday morning (27 December) to further assess the condition of both the pitch and the stadium.
