Today’s Greaves Sports 1872 Cup derby between Glasgow Warriors and Edinburgh Rugby is on (kick-off 5.35pm) despite the freezing conditions across Scotland.
A pitch and venue inspection was carried out this morning and all is in order ahead of tonight’s match.

Although the stadium is ready for the big game, Glasgow Warriors remind supporters that roads and public walkways remain slippery, so please aim to arrive early, leave plenty time for your journey and take caution when travelling to Firhill.

Tonight’s weather forecast is for low temperatures and some light rain or drizzle so supporters are also advised to wrap up warm.
