You will all be aware, John Beattie stepped down as Head Coach some time ago, this was due to him having extra commitments at work and an impending operation.

We therefore have to fill that role. 

I have discussed the situation at length with both Ewan Smith and Duncan Beattie, who have both been very positive about the way forward.

They both see the best roles for each other and are committed to helping the club and players develop. 

   

Club Chairman, Gordon Wilson, and the committee, are happy to support my recommendations, and Ewan and Duncan will, with immediate effect, take on the following roles.

Ewan will take on the responsibilities of Head Coach and Duncan will be responsible for strength and conditioning and supporting Ewan wherever required.
