Best of luck to former Hawks centre Tom Philip as he fights back from long term injury
AN end may finally be in sight for Tom Philip's two-year injury nightmare as Edinburgh Rugby coach Todd Blackadder began to pencil in possible comeback dates for the five-times capped centre.
Following three separate operations - on his knee, groin and back - since being invalided out of a Scotland tour in 2003 the 22-year-old has finally some game time in sight.
"We're hoping Tom can be considered for the Gunners visit to Leinster on November 6 although after what the lad has been through it is still touch and go in some respects," said Blackadder.
