You could be excused for thinking that the 2011-12 Soccer season was kicking of at Old Anniesland today when the ground played host to the Rangers International Youth Tournament

The Rangers website reports
Bringing together the finest of footballing talent the tournament takes places on Friday 22 July to Sunday 24 July 2011 and will be held in the prestigious High School of Glasgow. The reputation of Rangers Soccer Schools International Tournament continues to grow and to date over 230 teams from countries all over the world including Malta, Spain, America and Canada have already taken part and demand for 2011 is expected to be even higher
