Rory McKay has been appointed 1st XV Captain for the coming season
Rory joined Hawks from Robert Gordons College in 1997 when he teamed up with the likes of the Wallace Brothers in the back row
He then signed pro terms with Glasgow in 2002 following Hawks appearance in the Cup Final when they lost to Hawick after extra time
He has also had spells in Italy and with English clubs  Waterloo and Bedford Blues
