This is a tough match to have first up as Marr were winners of National League Division One last year losing only twice including, of course,their home game v GHK. With league reorganisation, both teams find themselves in West Regional League Division One which looks as if it it could be a very competitive division within which most teams are capable of winning against any of the others on their day. Marr are a well-organised and ambitious club who have recruited vigorously over the close season with a number of players having made the move from Ayr.

It would be great to take a sizable travelling support to sample the competitive atmosphere - with all supporters welcome to partake of a buffet lunch offered by our hosts for only £10. A morning's golf on the coast, lunch and then rugby - the perfect Saturday!
