The November meeting of the GROGS will take place on Wednesday 9th November at Braidholm stating at 12 noon for 12-30. The speaker is Freddie McLeod a former President of the SRU and until recently interim Chief Executive of the SRU. Freddie was involved after the dismissal of David McKay and the resignation of Phil Anderton so it should be interesting to hear the inside story.
Last month we had 58 attendees which stretched the caterers a bit as we were only expecting between 45 and 50. Would you therefore please respond to this email by indicating if you are coming and if you are bringing a guest.
The December speaker is Andy Irvine and we expect that there will be a full house of 100 for that meeting.
