The next meeting of GROGS takes place at Braidholm on the above date at 12 noon for 12-30pm.
The speaker is Tom English the leading sports writer for the Scotsman and Scotland on Sunday. He was sports journalist of the year last year.
He is also the author of the book the 'Grudge' the story of the 1990 Grand Slam campaign. I can highly recommend this book as it is a good read and very entertaining. If you have a copy bring it to the lunch and Tom will be pleased to sign it.
We need a good attendance for this meeting so please spread the word.
We have a second November meeting to make up for the postponed September meeting. This takes place on Wednesday 30th November when Ian McLauchlan, President of the SRU is the speaker.
Please let me know if you are free to attend the first meeting. A reminder for the second meeting will be sent later.
