GHK v Marr Saturday 19 November - Important Information
GHK v Marr - A Game Not to be Missed!
This Saturday sees the much anticipated return meeting of the top two teams in the RBS West Regional League Division One at Old Anniesland. Whilst there are still 7 matches to go following this Saturday's clash, with GHK and Marr separated by only one point and with the teams respectively 9 and 8 points ahead of third placed Irvine, this game will undoubtedly be crucial in deciding the destination of the league title.
As such, all GHK supporters are urged to come out and support the team, who have been playing some great rugby and putting in some really determined performances to remain unbeaten in all league and shield games this season.
Match Information
The match will kick off at 3pm on the main pitch at OA under floodlights.
Prior to the match, from approx 1.15 onwards, a two course lunch will be available in the Jimmie Ireland stand, provided by resident chef Alan James, at the very reasonable cost of £7.50. All GHK supporters are encouraged to take advantage of the opportunity to take on some solids for the long day ahead! Travelling supporters from Troon and surrounds are, of course, very welcome to join us.
By way of a warm up, players from GHK Mini Rugby's P4 group will put on a demonstration of how the game should be played!. All players, mums, dads and families are warmly invited to have some lunch and stay for 'the big match'.
