The next meeting of GROGS is fast approaching and we are expecting a very large turn out. To assist the caterers and to ensure that we can squeeze everyone in, If you are attending, please check the attached list of attendees to ensure that your name is listed. If not and you wish to attend please contact me asap.
So far I have had 106 replies and the maximum attendance is 120.
On arrival you are asked to use the bar on the right at the top of the stairs and pay £20 before entering.
If you wish to reserve a seat or seats for you party, bring place names and put them on the table. Please do not tip chairs up as this only impedes the waiting staff in trying to set up the tables.
Remember your gift for the raffle.
