Biog:
I caught the rugby bug at Portora Royal School at about 14. Up until then I had spent most of my life kicking the leather off a round ball. I spent a few years getting used to a proper contact sport so most of it was spent injured. I played briefly for Ulster u20’s before getting injured again and then decided to up and leave to NZ after school. I played for half a year there for Napier Tech and Hawks Bay. I met some great people and learnt a lot from that experience. I came back from NZ to study Medicine at the University of Glasgow and didn’t play any rugby in first year before joining Hawks in my second year. I’ve had a great first year at Hawks and hope I have plenty more to come. Great team and an even better bunch of lads. Hawks till I die.
