Today our S1 & S2 welcomed Ayr RFC to Old Anniesland for matches in somewhat challenging weather. Although conditions were terrific underfoot the driving rain made it difficult for two clubs who like to throw the ball about.

S1s continue to show real progress up front and battled well before losing two tries against the visitors. The score 6-0.

S2 scraped home 14-13 to win by a conversion with both teams scoring 4 tries. This was a terrific game with never more than a couple of points in it throughout.

The boys from both clubs deserve great credit for putting on some great games today, played in the correct manner., and we look forward to the return fixture in February.


Today's. U15 away league game against Birkmyre was postponed due to the weather.
