· 3 x Strength Conditioning Sessions per week
· 3 x Rugby / Football Sessions per week
· Sports Science areas as Nutrition, Psychology and Biomechanics covered to assist with athlete development
· Sports coaching content to enhance awareness and pathways into Higher Education level courses

· 2 x 3G 7-a-side rugby / football pitches
· Our own private strength conditioning facility
· Access to state of the art sports centre, (on site), including…
o Full basketball court sized games hall
o Dojo, suitable for indoor contact rugby practice
o Exercise suites & classes to develop fitness and add variety
We also play competitive fixtures that would allow selection to international student representative teams. Many past students have developed well on the course and gone on to further study at degree level in Sports Coaching, Sports Development & Sports Science disciplines with numerous experiencing representative rugby union and league at age grade level. Duncan Weir is a former student who now plays professionally for Glasgow Warriors and Scotland.
